Frank Will Introduce Legislation To Undo Prohibitions on Internet Gambling House Financial Services Committee Chairman Barney Frank (D-Mass.) will April 26 introduce legislation to undo prohibitions on Internet gambling, Frank said April 25. The Massachusetts Democrat has scheduled a 10 a.m. press conference to discuss introduction of the Internet Gambling Regulation & Enforcement Act of 2007. The event will be held in Room 2220 of the Rayburn House Office Building.
